Technical Capabilities
Our tower climbing, rigging, and rescue-certified crews bring extensive high-elevation construction experience to every project, handling the installation of antennas, RRUs, coax, hybrid cable, fiber, grounding, and power systems. We are experienced in microwave hop installations, PTP/PTMP radio systems, carrier adds, and technology upgrades from LTE to 5G, as well as conduit and duct bank construction, trenching, directional drilling, and fiber pulls.
Our teams are trained to work safely and compliantly in energized environments and around live utility infrastructure. We also bring strong civil construction expertise, including foundations, slabs, grounding rings, equipment pads, and site improvements, and provide comprehensive site audits, mapping, and close-out documentation.

Danella provides turnkey small cell buildouts from permitting to make-ready to construction to power and fiber integrations. Our capabilites include installation on wood or metal utility poles, streetlights, and custom smart-city structures.
