Giving back and growing forward
Danella proudly supports LaSalle College High School through two initiatives which result in financial assistance for students and the ability for the school to fulfill it’s Promise Capital Campaign in expanding the education environment.
Established in 1999, the James & Mary Jo Danella Grant Fund provides financial assistance to students. This fund results in monetary support for one student over four years who exhibits academic achievement and personal growth. Overall students are awarded over $7,000 each year towards gaining their LaSalle education.
LaSalle like many other private Catholic institutions, boosts a rigorous academic and extracurricular environment, along with community service. The students are encouraged to discover independence of thought and action, and to develop individual responsibility. LaSalle College High School is nationally recognized for their technology and music programs.
Over the last ten years, Danella has pledged to assist in enabling the school to continue to be nationally recognized through the Fulfilling the Promise Capital Campaign. Over $150,000 was contributed to the campaign for new campus facilities to further students’ education.
