Jared Lieberman officially joined Danella in August 2024 after completing a co-op arranged through his school. Today he works part-time as a Project Administrator in the Plymouth Meeting office.
It may sound like an ordinary story, but this story is far from it. Jared is part of a Danella program that hires people with neurodiversity. Today he’s using his skills, abilities, and super positive attitude to make the Danella team even stronger.
As a Project Administrator, Jared processes purchase orders, helps manage timesheets, and even checks cameras in vehicles to ensure they’re working properly.
“I love when I come in and see a big stack of purchase orders.” Jared says, “Because then I know I’m going to have plenty to do that day.”
Jared brings this positive attitude to work in addition to his skills and focus. He is very detail-oriented, which allows him to see small things that many of us might miss. He enjoys his job and works hard to do it right.
“I believe in trying my best and doing what’s best for me.” Jared says, “I don’t rush through the job. I take my time and do it right.”
In the future, Jared would like to stay at Danella either in his current role or working in IT, which he is currently studying at Montgomery County Community College.
“This is a great company to work for. They treat their employees very respectfully.” Jared says, “I like coming into the office to work here, and I love the people I work with. There are so many great people at Danella.”
